What are your general impressions of your studies and RST as a whole?

RST took work and made it fun! I love the program and am very fortunate to be in it. Switching from architecture to something I will love to do the rest of my life, is definitely an extra perk.

What has been your most interesting experience at the University of Illinois?

Getting the opportunity to talk about sports and leisure every day in all my classes while getting graded on that criteria has been my most interesting experience. It is very unique that the university made my passion a major field of study.

What are your post-graduation plans?

After I graduate, I would like do an internship for Red Frog Events and most likely go to graduate school in order to become a collegiate coach.

What extracurricular activities/student organizations are you involved with?

I am a member of the Varsity Softball team here on campus. Although that takes up most of my time, I am planning on joining coed intramural flag football this year.

What do you like to do for fun?

I love to cook for fun! When I cook it is not only for the purpose of being hungry at all times, but I enjoy testing my skills and seeing what masterpieces I can come up with!

Why would you recommend RST and the College of Applied Health Sciences to others?

There are too many reasons why I would recommend RST to others, but a couple reasons of the many would have to start with our department having the best professors on campus. No one can argue with that! Not to mention, I literally major in having fun. If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life! That is exactly the case for me.
