"I've found a perfect fit for my interests in the Department of Recreation, Sport and Tourism. I've learned a lot from all
of my classes, gotten valuable experience through internships, and gained an increased understanding of the field through involvement
in organizations such as the Illinois Park and Recreation Association. I hope to go into event planning, and think the combination
of academic and professional experiences have prepared me well for life after graduation."

Kaylan joined RST in 2008 after earning her associate's degree through studies at Parkland College and Pablo
de Olavide University in Seville, Spain.
