Research and Professional Interests
My research agenda is focused on human-wildlife interaction in leisure settings. Specifically, my work seeks to develop a deeper understanding of how emotionally significant experiences with wildlife influence learning and cognitive processes. My work has implications for park planning and policy development as well as wildlife-related sport and tourism.
